FIPP Research Award 2012: congratulations to Spanish EMMA member ARI

The Spanish Magazines Association, ARI, has won the overall prize at the FIPP Research Awards on 29 May 2012 in London. The entry, ‘ATENEA’, won the award for Best Research by a National Association, and was the Overall Winner.

Commenting on the winning entry, the panel of judges said: “ATENEA is a system with two main elements: a tracking study to analyse specific advertising campaigns over time, and a modelling tool which measures the contribution of magazines in campaigns where TV is the main medium. The judges were impressed with the system’s ability to demonstrate how magazines can bring added value at all stages of the consumer journey. The judges were also impressed that all this is combined with offering media strategists easy online access to the modelling tools. Furthermore, the entry provided clear evidence of the successful impact of ATENEA in the marketplace.”
